Meeting Womanized Jesscia in Real In Bangkok

*** Warning: Doll Nudity - view at your own discretion ***

As blogged in my previous post (click here) about how Chewin has womanized Jessica from a cartoonist teenager look, I have finally met her in real when I was in Bangkok in September. Chewin brought her over to see me and we played together!

The womanized Jessica is now has a full faceup with nude lips, a double layered upper eyelashes (It is my first time to see this kind of eyelashes arrangement), pink manicure, very natural body brush etc. The black sexy dress and stocking are made by Chewin, and the red lingerie is the default set. She looks so real! As you could see that she has a full body figure. With such a massive use of resin, Jessica is about 3kg in weight. But the smart body structure design by Iplehouse allows her to pose some difficult big movements, Chewin and I experimented together on the sexy poses.

Chewin and I have met for quite a number of times now, but it was our very first time to have dolly time together! During the first 10 minutes of photo shooting, I did not realize the wrong camera mould setting, so the pictures came out poorly. However, after I have reset everything, Jessica has already warmed up herself, and ready to strike some poses for the camera! This womanized Jessica photo session really gave me some great memory!

Bigger BJD with Finger Prints - Another Innovation

When I first consider adding a bigger BJD in my doll collection, I had my eyes on SOOM’s BJD. Their dolls usually have more mature look and more muscular body for male and full figure for female characters, while most of the same kind in the market are with cartonist young boy look with ultra long feet, and slender body.
Since SOOM are releasing one LE (limited edition) doll every month with a special theme, such as the overwhelming Zodiac characters, I used to check back every month to see if I like any of the new releases. SOOM’s BJDs are full of fantasy, they always come with extra animal feet parts, crawls or extra face with different expression, such as sleeping face, scared face, animal heads etc. You can see the bold creativities of the creative team of SOOM, who are pushing their own boundaries of imagination and creativities. About 2 weeks ago, SOOM has announced a completely new series of new BJD, IDEALIAN, which is very similar to Iplehouse’s EID which has excited many BJD collectors. As you could see from the sneak peek pictures of this new hunky BJD, it has a very detailed muscular body and clearly crafted fingers and finger nails. Most interesting of all, it has “finger print” on each finger.

While many collectors are so exciting about this innovation, out of a sudden, unfortunatley, SOOM announced the cancellation of this doll. I am not sure if it is because they found that they could not bet the EID of Iplehouse, or not being able to fulfill the long overdue orders? Acutally, there have been many complains about their long overdue orders. Some people have been waiting for over 7 months, yet do not have a sign of their dolls!

What a pity that SOOM has to concel this doll. However, just a fantasy thought of mine – How nice would it be if each limited edition of BJD has individual finger prints to indientify them like human being? It should also come with a birth certificate with that particular doll’s finger prints on it too!!!
